[ Konoka hadn't been too busy around the time she agreed to have him over, so when he knocks, it took less than ten seconds for her to open the door and greet him. ]

[ And naturally, she was plastering the avatar with a hug. ]

[He's not surprised that the first thing she does after opening the door is to give him a hug. In fact, he expected and prepared for it.]

[He does his best to return the hug, wrapping his arms around her tightly]

[ Once her long hug had finished, she leaned back just enough to talk. ]

Have you been here long? Come in, come in!

[ And Konoka would step aside to let Soundwave into her own apartment. There were a few cute trinkets, but so far not much had changed from the default flavor of the apartment... yet. ]

[He walks inside, though not without her by his side, lacing his fingers with Konoka's together like they used to do, synching.]

Back at Lunatia, you chose to return to your home world, right? Did you get to your home...?

[ It was smooth and natural, like there hadn't been a gap in the last time they'd seen each other at all.

Konoka... actually puzzled over this question. ]

I definitely remember being home for a while, but it was brief. I remember no one really reacting to my hair being weird or anything like that. But I'd barely been there for like... maybe a couple of weeks? Before I found myself here.

It was short, and I miss everyone already.

[ It felt almost like she hadn't spoken much about Lunatia while she'd been home. ]

[That's a shame, a couple of weeks is barely any time at all for a Cybertronian. Her comment about her hair gets a raised brow, before he realizes why it's weird. He's so used to seeing her with tentacle hair that it doesn't immediately register to him that it's not how her hair is normally is.]

Hm, so your hair is still like this even here. [His free hand pats one of her tentacles.] When I arrived here, I lost my extra parts.

[The bunny ears, he means, which he's glad he's finally rid of, honestly.]

Yup,

[ Konoka doesn't even react to Soundwave touching her hair. It's not new, and Konoka herself has gotten so used to it that it's even hard for her to remember that her hair wasn't like that all the time. At the very least Konoka feels comfortable with the avatar's touches. ]

No bat ears though. Or wings! I'm all aquatic now, apparently. This hair's the only thing I still have from Lunatia.

[He hums after her answer. Soundwave smooths his hand over the tentacle, grasps it lightly, and strokes it up and down in a manner that is... lewd. Just a small friendly tease between friends. He does let go of it, though.]

We still have monster transformations to deal with here, too.

[Even when he's gotten used to it before here, it doesn't mean he's looking forward to that experience again.]

Ah, 'deal with' is way more accurate than I'd like.

Still, it'll be tolerable in due time. Maybe even fun, if it could be on a schedule like it was in Lunatia. I'm not nearly as hot and bothered during them, for one thing.
